In my time as a real estate investor nothing has been as valuable to my marketing as the use of bandit signs. I learned from my mentor long ago to you can have the newest most cutting edge service to offer. You can open a new restaurant with awesome service great food and great prices. The problem is that if you don’t get the word out about what you are offering, how will anybody know. So with that said it is very important to get the word out about your business, and bandit signs have proven to be a very valuable tool to that end. Just as important as using bandit signs is where you place them. Here are some tips that you can use to increase the effectiveness of your bandit sign marketing and advertiseing .





1. Always place signs areas of greatess visibility. I can’t tell you how many times i am riding down the road and I see signs that are hung on poles that are sat far back off the road, or in an area that has so many other things around it that you can barely see the sign. Be strategic in your sign placement. Hang you signs in areas that are well visible and clear of obstruction of view. You can’t get the word out about your service if people can’t see your sign.

2. Place signs in areas where people have to slow down or stop the read them. I am again amazed at how people put signs in places where people are going by to fast to read the sign. Again be strategic about your placement. You want your sign to be seen, You want your sign read. It’s not just about hanging up a sign and hoping that people call you. You want to put all the odds in your favor to make them call you. So put signs on corners preferably with stop signs, put signs at intersections with stop lights, put signs at exit driveway’s of businesses where people have to stop before entering into traffic. Doing these things will increase the chances that your sign will be read and call will be made to you.

3. Make sure contact information on sign is correct. You may think that goes without saying, however you would be surprised at how many times I have called a number from a sign that I have saw on the road, called the number and person on the other end had no idea what I was talking about. So rather you are making signs on your own, or you are having them done by a company, make sure your contact information is correct.
